Business lessons from running a company, working with tools, and meeting the people who shape how I think. "My SaaS Stack (June 2024)" came together after Noah Kagan posed an interesting question on Twitter asking solopreneurs about their most essential tools. I figured I should share mine. "Notes on Meeting Codie Sanchez" covers a big highlight of my week: meeting Codie Sanchez. Sometimes a single conversation changes how you think about an entire subject.

Events

"Special Event Production" covers my approach after five years of doing this work. Every event teaches me something new, and I try to capture those lessons here. Food, marriage, eyeglasses, and the small stuff that makes up an actual life. "Seven Realities of Marriage" started with something I found on Instagram that resonated with me. I added my own take because I could not stop thinking about it. "Why This Strange Calamari Combination Works" is about a very unexpected but exquisite bite I had. Some food deserves its own post.
