The stained glass. The little objects. Nothing feels overlooked. Somebody spent a lot of time picking these fans. Even each Go piece has Prada engraved underneath. You would barely see it, but it's there.
There's something about being somewhere people have cared this much about every little thing. The furniture, the colors, the details you almost miss. It all adds up.
Some Rooms Feel Like In the Mood for Love
Wong Kar-wai helped to create this café and restaurant inside. And some rooms feel like you stepped into In the Mood for Love, one of my all-time favorite movies.
I had high expectations. But being there, surrounded by that much thought and care, was something special that you can only experience on site. It's the kind of place where just showing up changes everything.
Go for a Coffee and Take It All In
You don't have to come for dinner. Just have a coffee or an afternoon cocktail like I did. Give yourself time to look around.
