A big highlight of the week: meeting Codie Sanchez.
Sometimes you build up expectations about meeting someone you admire, and reality doesn’t quite match up.
This was exactly the opposite.

- Her thoughtfulness extends to everyone, regardless of their position in the org chart – a true mark of authentic leadership; In an era where many leaders carefully curate their interactions, Codie’s approach stands out.
